Panelists will include:
John Posey, Security Consultant, Corporate Security Services. John will cover assessment, outreach and training, and priorities in the highly-dedicated (but overworked) school environments of today. John has worked with over 450 schools over the course of his impressive career.

Willie Bose, Commander Service & Training, Washington County Sheriff. Willie will discuss what to expect from law enforcement agencies, planning, and incident commands. He will also dive into how to determine when to call for assistance. Willie brings years of experience working with schools of many different types and sizes.

Max Saldana, Systems & IT for First Response. Max will focus on the technology available today and provide insight into how to save money on security technology and prioritize limited technology funds.

Phil Wentz, Facilities Manager, Tigard-Tualatin SD. Connecting all the above theory to a practical reality, Phil will discuss his experience managing security for Tigard-Tualatin and present his perspective as a Board member of the Oregon School Safety Officers Association.
